When we spend our time blaming

When we spend our time blaming and complaining,
we are handing our power over to those whom we blame.

Our time and engery is well spent when we stop to say,

"What is my part in this situation?
...and what do I have to learn from it?"

In doing this, we are not blaming ourselves...
We are not blaming at all.

We are opening ourselves to glean whatever learning is there for us.

*it is in this process that we become whole again*

making new starts

there never is any point in going back...
you made those mistakes before and
chances are you will make them again...
the key now, I think...
its to start new

taking a different approach
means a new perspective...
and it also means...
letting go of how you used to look at things.

I try to say everything in this blog...
but some things...
stay private...
some times
that special crush...
doesn't get run up on the billboard for all to see.
sometimes that deep hidden feeling that would change EVERYTHING...
stays hidden...
denied...

we all do it...
especially these days...

denial of the obvious...
there's no air in here
but there's no point in talking about it...
today we're making new starts...
and there will be new places (as yet unseen) to breathe.
